Order Cancellation

At Fat Flex Wheels (FFW), we strive to process orders as quickly as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued (please contact customer service), it can no longer be canceled. Please follow the standard Return Process upon delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria within 30 days of the delivery date:

  • Condition: Items must be in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and unmounted).

  • Packaging: Must include all original packaging, tags, and documentation. We do not sell refurbished products; therefore, any item showing signs of installation or use will be rejected. Free gifts must be returned with the primary item, or their retail value will be deducted from the refund.

  • Customized orders cannot be returned.

The Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return. Do not send items back without prior written consent. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and no refund will be issued.
  2. Once approved, you will receive the correct return warehouse address. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verifiable manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.
  3. You must provide a valid tracking number via email once the package is sent. 
  4. Every item shipped is photographed prior to packing to verify its "original condition." Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned item against these records.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Approval: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

  • Original Payment: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.).

  • Posting Time: While PayPal transfers are instant, please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank/credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
