Shipping Methods & Schedule

Carriers: Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Business Days only: Shipping occurs Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Multiple Items: If your order includes multiple items, they may ship on different dates and arrive in separate packages on different days.

Military Addresses: We don't ship to APO and FPO military addresses.
International & Delivery Fees

Customs: Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by Customs for international orders.

Address Accuracy: FFW is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses or if no one is available to sign for the package.
Refund
- We cannot provide shipping refunds in the case of national crises, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays or other circumstances where the delay is beyond our control.
How to Track Your Order
- You will receive a shipping email after your order is shipped.
- Get the tracking information by clicking the tracking link in the email.
- Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears.
